A.Nos.2521 & 2522 of 2024 in TOS.Nos.47 & 38 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI, J., These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 1644 days in filing written statements in TOS.Nos.47 & 38 of 2018.

2.Though the delay is to the tune of 1644 days, I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the applications seeking condonation of delay and I am prima facie satisfied with the written statement could not be filed in time and also satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application. These applications are allowed and the delay of 1644 days in filing written statements in the above Testamentary Original Suits is condoned.

3.Post the suits on 21.06.2024 for filing draft issues.
