2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the Civil Miscellaneous appeal preferred by the Workman-G.Bagavandas in C.M.A.No.3444 of 2008 was settled before Lok Adalat on 09.12.2017, wherein the present appellant is also a party.
