The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completion of investigation, final report was filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.51 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Senthamangalam, Namakkal District. The case against the main accused itself had entered in acquittal by Judgement dated 17.06.2022.
