Today the first petitioner and the second respondent, along with their respective counsels are present before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is also present before this Court. The parties are identified by their respective counsels and their identity is also verified by this Court.

2. A joint compromise memo has been filed by the parties, wherein the second respondent had expressed her no objection to quash the proceeding in Crime No.3 of 2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

3. Hence, recording the joint compromise memo dated 29.03.2016, the entire proceeding in Crime No.3 of 2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed and consequently, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
