2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side).

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3661 of 2020.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
