This application has been taken out in OP.No.730 of 2021 which has been filed seeking letters of Administration relating to the Will of Mrs.R.Sulochana who died on 02.04.2021.

2. The third respondent in the original petition is a mentally challenged individual and an original petition had been filed earlier seeking to appoint the 1st and 2nd respondents as custodian of the 3rd respondent. That the petition was allowed, but, unfortunately, the petitioner has also died. This has necessitated the respondents to be transposed as petitioners to prosecute further OP.No.730 of 2021.

3. Taking into consideration the facts stated, application stands allowed.
