This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to implead the Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner of Land Reforms, Chepauk, Chennai-5, as respondent no. 9 in the writ petition.

2.Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of proposed respondent no.9 and states that he has no objection for him being impleaded in the writ petition.

3.Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.7 also has no objection for the petition being allowed.

4.In view of the above, this petition is allowed.
