Procedure Code, to issue a direction, directing Respondents 1 to 3 to inquire with Respondents No.6 and 7 and instruct them not to interfere with the life of the petitioners and consequentially, to grant the necessary Police Protection to the Petitioner No.1 and 2 based on the complaint letter dated 12.03.2024, 13.03.2024 and 15.03.2024.

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in CSR No.198 of 2024 and it was closed by the 3rd respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, some enquiry must be done in this case. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint before the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent on receipt of the same shall call the parties and make an enquiry and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh complaint from the petitioner.
