O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's son-in-law Ravi @ Kalvettu Ravi is an accused in S.C.No.495 of 2012 and he is also an accused in P.R.C.No.31 of 2016. In both the cases, the offences are under Section 302 IPC and that the said Ravi is absconding and therefore, non-bailable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

warrant is pending against him for a very long time. In order to find out the whereabouts of said Ravi, the respondent police had approached this petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, an order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry. During enquiry, she shall not be harassed.
