ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.74 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The anticipatory bail petition of this petitioner was dismissed on 07.04.2022 observing that CCTV Footage disclosed the crime committed by this petitioner and this Court finds no change of circumstances.
