O R D E R

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases would submit that the investigation is pending and that there are statement of witnesses that they had paid illegal gratification in the form of gold coins and would also submit that the petition is not maintainable since the locker stands in the name of the wife of the petitioner, whereas the petition has been filed by the petitioner without any authority having been given by the wife to file the petition before the trial Court as well as before this Court. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing this application and would submit that liberty may be given to file a fresh petition through the proper person.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. There is no impediment for the proper person approaching the trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
