ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.03.2022, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 8(c) read with 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No. 96 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The petitioner was arrested on 09.03.2022 on a complaint registered by the respondent police alleging that the petitioner along with other accused for alleged possession of 2 kg of Ganja and 850 grams of Cannabis Chocolate.
