ORDER
Heard Mr.P.V.Sudakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Manokaran Sundaram, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.The order impugned in these writ petitions are provisional assessment orders for part of the year 2012-2013 and 2013-2014.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent fairly submits that since the year is already over, the matter may be remanded to the respondent to redo the assessment for the whole year.

4.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are allowed and the impugned orders are quashed and the matter is remanded to the respondent to redo the assessment for the whole year after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
