This petition is filed to condone the delay of 249 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served on the sole respondent and the name and address having been shown in the cause list, none appears for the respondent.

The delay is 249 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 249 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
