With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner was placed under suspension by an order dated 13.4.2015. Now, he has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for a direction to the respondent to pay the subsistence allowance and for conclusion of departmental proceedings.

3.Considering the narrow scope of the prayer made, the respondent is directed to pay the subsistence allowance till the conclusion of the departmental enquiry and the respondent is also directed to conclude the departmental enquiry and pass final orders within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
