O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, the respondent concerned has passed an order in September,2015, and communicated the same to the Revenue Divisional Officer, with a copy marked to the petitioner.

2. In the light of the above, this Court is of the view

that the petitioner, if aggrieved by the said order, which appears to be an internal communication, has to challenge the same, by way of separate proceedings.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to question the proceedings of the Tahsildar, dated 15.09.2015, in the manner known to law. No costs.
