O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the brother of the detenu, Prabakaran @ Thakkali Praba, S/o.Ravikumar, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in BCDFGISSSV No.90/2018 dated 14.02.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the brother of the petitioner in BCDFGISSSV No.90/2018 dated 14.02.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.1235, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 02.04.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
