Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus to issue suitable directions directing the Respondents 2 & 3 to transfer the patta No.155 in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property measuring an extent of 14 cents comprised in Survey No.196/3B, situated in Agaramthen Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu(then Kancheepuram District). ORDER

This Court vide its order dated 20.04.2022 had directed the 3rd respondent/Tahsildar to issue patta in favour of the petitioner on or before 29.04.2022 and Registry was directed to list the matter on 29.04.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, the present petition is closed. No Costs.
