This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 17.03.2020 for revocation of suspension order which was passed against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
