ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrest at the hands of the respondent police on 28.03.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No. 347 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein along with other accused was found in possession of 1.100 kg of ganja and they were selling it to public illegally. On seeing the riding party, one of the accused has fled and investigation reveals that the petitioner has procured ganja from unknown person at Trichy and brought out to chidambaram for retail selling.

3. Considering the quantity of the contraband recovered and the nature of the overt act attributed against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
