Seeking leave to sue the respondents/defendant who reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this Application.

2.The Applicant/Plaintiff has filed suit for declaration, declaring the sale deed dated 25.02.2021, executed by 1st and 2nd defendants in favour of the fourth defendant and for other reliefs. 3.Based upon the averments made in the plaint, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that entire cause of action has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. All the respondents/defendants reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
