(The Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J) This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.03.2021 in WP.No.29937 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the encroachment has already been removed. In support of the same, he has also produced the proceedings of the Executive Officer, Arakandanallur Town Panchayat, Villupuram District, dated 03.10.2022, along with photographs.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though encroachment has been removed, debris has not yet been cleared.
