Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned CSR No.215 of 2022 and same is closed after enquiry on 28.03.2022.
2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest as alleged by the petitioner. Hence this petition is accordingly disposed of.
