O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) This writ petition is filed without any material to support that the quarrying is going on beyond the licence period.

2. Learned Government Pleader states that he has received instructions that no quarrying is going on at site post the expiry of the licence.

3. We are thus not inclined to entertain this writ petition, but call upon the second respondent to reverify the allegations of the petitioner, and if illegal quarrying is going on at site, to proceed in accordance with law.
