The petitioner was placed under suspension on 15.10.2020. The petitioner made a representation for reviewing the suspension on 02.02.2021. The representation is pending without consideration. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Mr.P.Karthikeyan, Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent.

3. Considering the limited prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, a direction is given to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2021 for revocation of suspension on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
