non-compliance of the order dated 20.08.2015 passed in M.P.No.3 of 2015 in W.P.No.25977 of 2015.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.08.2015 and made in M.P.No.3 of 2015 in W.P.No.25977 of 2015.

2.It is represented that the order dated 20.08.2015 passed by this Court in M.P.No.3 of 2015 in W.P.No.25977 of 2015, which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied with, vide proceedings of the third respondent, dated 17.06.2016.

3.However, the said fact is seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and would submit that due to oblique motive only, the petitioner was given temporary appointment though, she was regularized subsequently.

4.In the light of the above said development, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at

liberty to put forth all the submissions in the form of additional affidavit in the main writ petition with regard to the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 17.06.2016. The proceedings of the third respondent, dated 17.06.2016, is taken on file and recorded.
