The prayer in the Civil Revision Petition is to dispose of the case in G.W.O.P.No.41 of 2013 on the file of Principal District Court, Nagapattinam, within a stipulated time.

2. This court has taken a consistent stand of not issuing a direction to the Trial Court to complete the Trial without knowing the work load.

3. Since this court does not know the work load of the Trial Court and the G.W.O.P.No.41 of 2013 is of the year 2013 only, I am not inclined to direct the Principal District Court, Nagapattinam, to dispose of the G.W.O.P.No.41 of 2013.
