Crl.M.P.No.4655 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.SR15790 of 2019 P.VELMURUGAN, J., This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the above revision.

2. The petitioner has filed a case against the respondent under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. Both the Courts have dismissed the case and convicted the petitioner herein. Against the judgment dated 13.09.2017, the petitioner is before this Court with the present criminal revision with the delay of 61 days and he seeks to condone the same.

3. In any event, the inconvenience caused to the respondent has to be compensated with adequate cost. Hence the delay of 61 days in filing the criminal revision is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent on or before 22.04.2019 and shall file a cost paid memo before this Court.
