This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., for a Page No.1 of 4

period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for until further orders" imposed on the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.32043 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32043 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is relaxed.
