This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 25.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the deletion of the name of the 5 th respondent in Patta No.370 with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.U.BaranidhMr.A.Selvendranial Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to

3/5 the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 25.02.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 5 th respondent and final orders shall be passed, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
