ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 03.10.2013, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 03.10.2013, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.12.2014. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
