ORDER

The petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.6 of 2017 had been granted anticipatory bail on 05.10.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.14906 of

2017 wherein and whereby, the learned Magistrate has directed the petitioner to surrender on or before 20.10.2017.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that since the conditional order was communicated to him by the counsel on record only on 12.10.2017 and due to intervening 'Deepavali Holidays' the petitioner was unable to comply with the same. Hence, he has filed the present petition.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted further time of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute the bond and comply with the order dated 05.10.2017 passed by the learned Principal City Civil Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.14906 of 2017. All other conditions made in the said order remain intact.

4. With the above observation, thiis Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
