Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to Na.Ka.No.351/2018 dated on 23.10.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent herein and to quash the same and to direct the 3rd respondent to register the sale deed submitted by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent herein and further to stop such belated claim and any recovery proceeding against the petitioner under any pending document as against the petitioner.
