ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2017 has already been acted upon through E-filing No.LTN20230001273C202400009 dated 14.06.2024, wherein the complainant has been shown as a witness.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
