ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 13.09.2022, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21924 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.46 of 2018 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of two months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam, on 17.06.2024. He also produced a copy of E-filing before this Court.
