O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner
seek for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within the time frame as fixed by this Court. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the learned XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3516 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
