ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first Respondent.
3. On a complaint given by one Sathakathulla, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
