On this day, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that for the same occurrence, which is subject matter of the petitioner's complaint, a criminal case has also been registered in Cr.No.46 of 2018, in which the complainant/petitioner has also been shown as LW2.

2. In view of the said submission that the petitioner's complaint is subject matter of another complaint in Cr.No.46 of 2018, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature.
