ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition para no.5(b) to report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in the order dated 27.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.871 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.871 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 is relaxed.
