This Court, having perused the affidavit filed in support of captioned Civil Miscellaneous Petition, having heard learned counsel for petitioner, being satisfied that the prayer deserves to be acceded to, passes an order that captioned CMP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
