Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the impugned notification/advertisement dated NIL issued by the 3rd respondent and titled as Career Opportunities at Project Management Unit in so far as it proposed to fill up the posts of Associate Manager at Project Management Unit and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to continue the petitioners service as hearing Officers on the existing terms and conditions until regular process of selection is completed and pass orders.
