ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to re-survey the land and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land in pursuance to the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2023

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the subject property has been settled in favour of the petitioner vide settlement deed dated 15.06.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a representation to the third respondent on 30.11.2023 requesting to survey his property and also paid necessary cost for the same. But no action has been done on the representation of the petitioner. 2/5

Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2023 and resurvey the land of the petitioner on payment of necessary fee within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
