(Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) It is brought to the notice of this Court that the 2nd respondent herein has filed the Writ Petition (MD) No.7424 of 2021 before the Madurai Bench against the rejection order passed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee, the 3rd respondent herein and has obtained an interim order of stay and the said writ petition is still pending. The instant writ petition has been filed by the Income Tax Department challenging the impugned order passed by the Central Government Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench directing the Department to disburse the terminal benefits to the 2nd respondent herein and this Court has granted an order of interim stay. In this background, the respective learned counsel appearing for the parties requested this Court that the writ petition filed before the Madurai Bench may also be tagged along with the instant writ petition for giving a quietus to the issue.

2. Considering the above submissions, interim order of stay is made absolute and the W.M.P.No.10655 of 2019 stands disposed of. Page No.1/3

3. The respective learned counsel appearing for the parties shall make a request to the Registry for tagging the W.P.(MD)No.7424 of 2021 along with the instant writ petition.
