ORDER

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to disburse the TAHDCO subsidy claim loan to the petitioner by considering his Form III claim Vide ACK No.TAHDCO 2022-23 EDP-ML-168, dated 08.06.2023 submitted on 16.06.2023.

2. In view of the nature of relief that is granted, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is fully eligible for the TAHDCO subsidy and therefore, he submitted an application. He was found to be eligible. Thereafter, he made his promoter's contribution and applied for the loan through the approved bank. However, neither the subsidy was released nor the bank has sanctioned the balance of the loan and his claim is still pending. Therefore, he made a representation dated 08.06.2023.

4. In view of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2023 and pass orders thereon in accordance with the law within a period 2/4
