This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 01.02.2024 in Crl.M.P. No.1298 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28982 of 2023, to report before the respondent Police every Saturdays at 10:30 AM, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
