Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, their men, agents and subordinates either to pay just and equitable compensation as contemplated in the act or to issue assignment patta for the land in S.No.168 of Nallur Village to the petitioner on the principles of equity pursuant to his representation dated 03.05.2018, 23.06.2018 and 08.09.2018.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents, their men, agents and subordinates either to pay just and equitable compensation as contemplated in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the act or to issue assignment patta for the land comprised in S.No.168 of Nallur Village to the first petitioner (since deceased) on the principles of equity pursuant to his representations dated 03.05.2018, 23.06.2018 and 08.09.2018.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the first petitioner dated 03.05.2018, 23.06.2018 and 08.09.2018, after issuance of notice to the petitioners 2 to 4 and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
