Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no petition or enquiry is pending as against the petitioners as on date. In fact the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was enquired and closed on 21.06.2020.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
