ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.5507 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.5507 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 , is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once a month, viz., on first Monday, at 10:30 a.m, until further orders and also to surrender his passport before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
