2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Meghnakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Miscellaneous Petition No.21489 of 2016 as it has become infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
