ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court has already disposed of the anticipatory bail petition with a direction to the petitioner herein to participate in the investigation and in case of cooperation, no arrest shall be made till the completion of the current paper pending. Again this petitioner is before this Court stating that though he is cooperating with the enquiry and had attended the respondent police summons, there is still threat of arrest.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent submits that the petitioner is attending the enquiry, there is no threat of arrest as alleged. Being the dispute between the de facto complainant and the petitioner regarding breach of promise to marry, the police is trying to settle the matter amicably if the parties are ready.

3. In view of the above fact, this Court directs the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and if the petitioner cooperate, the respondent police, shall not arrest the petitioner till the disposal of the current paper.
